Our inaugural World Vision Singapore Global 6K for Water Challenge has come to a close.
We extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who ran, walked, hiked, and fundraised to help children gain access to clean, safe water. To the many friends and family members who rallied behind the participants, thank you for being their circle of support throughout this journey.
Because of your participation, hope is being brought closer to children across our area programmes in Asia and Africa. Your efforts will enable World Vision to install boreholes, water tanks, and piped water systems—bringing life-giving water nearer to their homes. Though the challenge has ended, the impact you’ve made continues to flow; every kilometre you covered became a step toward better health, more school days, and a brighter future for a child.
As a meaningful next step, we invite you to write a personal note of encouragement to the child you ran for in the Global 6K for Water. Your words of care can uplift their spirits in ways you may never expect, and they will be thrilled to write back to you. You can download your e-certificate for the completion of challenge by logging into your profile.
You will also receive an impact report in 2026, detailing the transformation and impact that your support has helped create. You can also learn more about World Vision’s wholistic transformational development work in the area programmes and how vulnerable children are enabled to have access to not only clean water, but education, health and nutrition, child protection and sustainable livelihood opportunities for their family.
