In Lindula, people obtain water from fountains and streams. These water sources are often contaminated, unprotected and dry up during dry season. When the dry season is long all these fountains and streams dry up and people have to travel a long distance to fetch water. World Vision seeks to provide a water supply and purification system that will enhance the well-being of children with adequate access to safe drinking water even in dry seasons.
